If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at info@acornproductsusa.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

Order billing and shipping address (if different).
Once we have confirmed your return, please mail your package with a note explaining the situation and your order details, such as the order number, name, and address. This will help us process your refund request quickly. Returns should be mailed, not dropped off.
If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@acornproductsusa.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. You can always return your items and place a new order.
I want to cancel my order. Can I?
You can cancel an order if it has yet to be sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before organizing a return. Please note that postage will not be covered once the order has left our warehouse. You'll have to pay return shipping and no restocking fee.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
